All prices listed above are in $USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes which will be calculated at checkout.
How The Process Works
Select your package: Choose the appropriate seat package for your organization’s needs.
Complete purchase: Process payment through our secure checkout system.
Receive confirmation: You’ll receive a purchase confirmation email with your order number.
Submit enrollment details: Submit your enrollment CSV file (see format below).
Account setup: Within 5 working days of receiving your enrollment details, we will create accounts for all your users.
Access notification: Each enrollee will receive an email with their login credentials and access instructions.
Bulk Enrollment Requirements
CSV File Format
Please prepare a CSV file containing the following required information for each user:

Important Notes:
Headers must be included exactly as shown above
Email addresses must be unique and valid
The file should be saved in CSV format (comma-separated values)
The number of rows (excluding the header) must match the number of purchased seats
Submission Instructions
Please email your completed CSV file to enrollments@icbai.org with your order number in the subject line. For security purposes, we may contact you to verify the submission.
Terms and Conditions for Bulk Seat Purchases
Enrollment Period: All seat allocations must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
User Changes: Seats can be reassigned to different users if an employee or student leaves your organization.
Unused Allocations: Unused seat allocations cannot be refunded or carried forward beyond the 12-month period.
Access Duration: Each enrolled user will have access to the course materials for 12 months from their individual enrollment date.
Bulk Discount: Discounted rates apply only to single purchases of bulk seats. Separate purchases cannot be combined to qualify for higher discount tiers.
Bulk Buying More Than One Individual Learner: Must be purchased via a 10, 20 or 50 bulk seat package. The services listed on this page are not available to individual learners.
Support: Organizations with bulk purchases receive priority email support and a dedicated account manager for packages of 20+ seats.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can we add more seats later? A: Yes, additional seats can be purchased at any time. The pricing tier will be based on the new purchase quantity, not combined with previous purchases.
Q: What if an employee leaves our organization? A: You can reassign the seat to another employee by contacting support@icbai.org with the details of the change.
Q: Do all users need to start at the same time? A: No, you can enroll users in batches if needed, but all seats must be allocated within 12 months of purchase.
Q: Can we get custom certificates with our organization logo? A: Custom certificates are available for Enterprise packages (50+ seats) or as an add-on purchase for smaller packages.
